The good news is that I found an article that MAY help to reverse
engineer HDA verbs and other commands needed to configure our sound card
properly: https://jcs.org/2018/11/12/vfio. Basically, we need to pass
HDA Audio PCI-E device to the Windows VM and analyze all the traffic.
Not easy but it's something.
The bad news is that I have 10th gen Intel CPU and HDA Audio PCI-E device
belongs to the same IOMMU Group as other devices:
IOMMU Group 12:

And I'm slightly afraid to pass SMBus (sensors) and SPI controllers out
of the host OS.
Can somebody list IOMMU groups on UX534 with 8th gen CPU?

Hi,
after instal Ubuntu in dual boot alongside Windows 10, I've realised
there is no sound coming out of mine new ASUS Zenbook 15 UX534FT-
AA024R in Ubuntu. In Windows there is no problem. Found this topic
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1810214 which had
the same problem with driver for Realtek ALC294 which is also mine
sound card. But even with this fix it is not working on UX534FT. Can
you please add fix also for this newer model?
