  Elkhart Lake has Offload Services Engine (OSE) that will be BIOS
  configurable either to have some RTOS take control of its IO blocks or
  hand them off to running OS. IoTG has asked to support DMA controller
  that can be shared with multiple drivers and it is needed by the OSE
  IP low speed bus: Synopsys UART, SPI controller and I2C controller.
