[Impact]
Mute LED doesn't work on two new HP laptops.
[Fix]
Add IDs to apply quirks to enable mute LED.
[Test]
After applying the patch the audio mute LED will light up when speaker is
muted.
[Regression Potential]
Low. The fix limits to two specific systems.
