OK, I've successfully installed Ubuntu.
Made successfully apt update && upgrade.
Modified kernel boot parameters:

$ cat /etc/default/grub | grep -i linux_default
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i8042.nopnp=1 pci=nocrs"
#GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

And here I am attaching current dmesg and xinput outputs.?field.comment=OK,
