Using intel_pstate in default configuration. It lives most of it's life in "clamshell" mode and is only occasionally actually opened. CPU gets "stuck" at 1.6GHz after clamshell->clamshell suspend/resume cycle. Opening the lid (!!) resolves the issue. Doesn't come back when I close it again. :wtf: I am at a loss for words. Definitely did not have this issue in 16.04.
