Sound via HDMI Sometimes after resume sound output is disabled. I cannot determine what causes it but it occurs about 20% of the time. My sound output is via HDMI and it's usual for the HDMI device to be asleep when the computer resumes. Normally as the monitor wakes the sound is restored. According to the GUI tools the sound output is set to HDMI and I can restore it by selecting any other device and then reselecting the HDMI device or I can issue pulseaudio -k To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1901386/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
