  bcmwl-kernel-source 6.30.223.271+bdcom-0ubuntu7: bcmwl kernel module
  failed to build

Bug description:
  on a fresh install which happened with no wifi connection so no
  updates during install

  once installed I defined a good wifi connection

  then ran  apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

  I get this error on next reboot
