Elantech 0501 touch pad bug

Bug description:
A lot of modern laptop use Elantech 0501 touch pad. One properly works
only with 3.13 kernels. A have found that only one, higher than 3.13
is 3.18.7. The rest of kernels does not work properly. It means that
there are problems with Click and marking text or touch pad do not
work at all.
