Title:
Laptop suspends immediately after waking up

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Often, when I open the laptop's lid, it wakes up and goes back to
sleep after a few seconds. It doesn't always happen - maybe only 1/3
  of the time.

I can see the following in the dmesg output:

Dec 2 18:30:48 dima-xps kernel: [39400.470282] ACPI: Waking up from
  system sleep state S3

  And 20 seconds later:

  Dec 2 18:31:10 dima-xps kernel: [39404.911490] ACPI: Preparing to
  enter system sleep state S3
