I'm facing strange issue when I try to scroll in system menu with my
touchpad. It only works for few moments after booting the OS, after that
it seems like the touchpad is locked.

But I don't have any power or control over my touchpad to do something
similar...

What you expected to happen:
System menu should scroll with my touchpad gestures too.

What happened instead:
It seems locked when trying to scroll after some time.
