Public bug reported:

Currently, having different nvidia modules for the same kernel ABI is
allowed. For example, both linux-modules-nvidia-450-5.4.0-66-generic and
linux-modules-nvidia-460-5.4.0-66-generic can be installed at the same
time. This can cause systems to boot using the wrong kernel modules.

A simple fix is to make the modules conflict/replace/provide a virtual
package such as linux-modules-nvidia-5.4.0-66-generic.
