Bug description:
[Impact]
New Realtek ethernet NIC doesn't work.
[Fix]
Add support for new Realtek NIC.
[Test]
With the patch applied, network interface is created, and can reach 1G
speed.
[Where problems could occur]
This patch doesn't bring any functional change, and it doesn't touch any
older hardwares. So there's no chance to bring regression.
