There is no "additional" Intel driver. There is only one (that is supported) and it is always enabled, never listed in the GUI.

I have nvidia+intel graphics on the laptop, but in the Additional Drivers tab, I only have the Nvidia one showing. I installed mate- optimus to have access to the nvidia settings and be able to change graphics from there, that one seems to be working, but Wayland still does not show up in the log in screen, maybe because it detected the kind of driver and sees it is the nvidia one?
