Bug description:
  [Impact]
Realtek 8852A wifi can not work without proper firmware.

  [Fix]
Add realtek 8852a wifi firmware for driver.
Kernel driver will be in another SRU.

  [Test]
Verified on hardware with wifi ap, connect with 2.4G/5G, all good.

  [Where problems could occur]
It should be low risk for adding fw for specfic hardware chip.
Hirsute already got it, only SRU fw for F/G.
