[Fix] Keep the device at D0 to prevent the unwanted wakeup. Since PCIe ASPM is enabled, the power consumption impact is minimal. [Test] No more spurious wakeup on s2idle. [Where problems could occur] If the device somehow requires to be power-cycled via D3, this may break the assumption.
