Public bug reported: The problem is observed while debugging lp:1955720. The AMD RX 640 fails to work in kernel 5.14 and even the latest 5.17-rc. After kernel bisecting, I found disabling ASPM (reverting commit 0064b0ce85bb ("drm/amd/pm: enable ASPM by default")) can display w/o problem. However, the display seems to respond very slow to keyboard/mouse input.
