Title:
Add support for EDUP Bluetooth 5.1 USB

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Sorry, this is more of a feature request, but I didn't know where to
send one, and just followed the instructions in a thread I found
  online!

  ---------------

The EDUP Bluetooth dongle uses the Realtek RTL8761B chipset, and seems
to work fine with the existing RTL8761B driver after manually
patching the kernel following this guide:
  https://askubuntu.com/questions/835084/bluetoothctl-cant-detect-
  device-but-hcitool-can

  Output of `hciconfig -a`
