Bug description:
  Observed the boot issue on AMD Rembrandt based platforms with the
  upstream 5.17 kernel
  https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-
  next.git/tag/?h=v5.17.

  The symptom are below:
  1. The boot process takes more longer than what we usually do
  2. After the boot is completed, the touchpad/mouse is almost frozen
