Could you please attach the entire content of /var/log and /var/crash of that
installer system?
Subiquity allows to open an installer shell (even if things fail) via 'F1' help
menu or directly with 'F2' which will allow to scp and save the content of
these two folders for further analysis to a different system ...

Trying to install Ubuntu 22.04 to a dasd while a NVME disk is visible in the
lpar but will not be used by the installer will crash the installer.
