Title:
  hwclock failed on B-5.4 / F-5.4 Oracle ARM64 bare-metal
  BM.Standard.A1.160

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  New
Status in linux-oracle package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Issue found on:
    * 5.4.0-1071.77~18.04.1
    * 5.4.0-1071.77

  Passed on:
    * 5.13.0-1028.33~20.04.1
    * 5.13.0-1028.33
    * 5.15.0-1004.6

  Not failing with 4.15.0-1093.102 / 4.15.0-1093.102~16.04.1 as this
  instance was not tested there

  Test failed with:
      hwclock: Cannot access the Hardware Clock via any known method.

  This is a new node added in this cycle, so this is not a regression.
  Looks like a kernel support issue to me.
