Public bug reported:

MacBook Pro 2011, 8,1 when I hibernate the laptop by closing the lid,
upon waking the WiFi will not reconnect. It appears that it is scanning
periodically, but never connects. Restarting network-manager is not
fruitful. iwconfig reports wlan0 is "off."

** Affects: kerneloops (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
