  SRU Justification

  [Impact]

  The latest 5.4-based linux-azure-cvm kernel
  (https://git.launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel/ubuntu/+source/linux-
  azure/+git/focal/tag/?h=Ubuntu-azure-cvm-5.4.0-1085.90%2bcvm2) works
fine when it runs in an AMD SNP VM, but doesn't work when it runs in a
VBS VM (for VBS, please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-
  us/windows-hardware/design/device-experiences/oem-vbs)

  [Fix]

  https://github.com/dcui/linux-azure-
