Issue found with Bionic Azure 5.4.0-1095.101~18.04.1 on ARM64 instance
Standard_D2pds_v5


This failure can be found with 5.4.0-1094.100~18.04.1 as well. With which we 
have this ARM64 instance added to the pool.
