You are only having an issue with a kernel you compiled yourself, and not with the stock Ubuntu kernel?

On kernel 3.11-15 all works good, but on 3.11-17 i have this error on normal boot (normal option in grub): http://wstaw.org/m/2014/03/06/makeconfig6.png and http://wstaw.org/m/2014/03/06/makeconfig7.png . On rescue option system boot normal and /proc/mdraid dont show any error.
