After putting laptop (Asus A52F and K53SV) to sleep, sometimes it doesn't resume. When I try to resume the laptop, all I get is a black screen with a cursor. I try Ctrl+Alt+F2, however it does not recognize either username and keeps checking forever for the username, doesn't even ask about password. To replicate, put the laptop to sleep and resume. I have noticed that it sometimes happens more frequently when I put the laptop to sleep when charging and resume when on battery or the other way around. pm-utils is version 1.4.1-9 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/997711/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
