Ubuntu shows black screen after boot, when connected to external monitor
through docking station.
Thinkpad e14 gen 2. Closed lid. When detached from docking station, and lid
opened Ubuntu still showing blank screen even on internal monitor. There is no
possibility to switch to terminal.
Closing and opening lid don't fix the issue.
The only option is to hard restart laptop while detached from docking station,
and connect to it after logging in to the system.
I didn't have the problem month ago. Some update probably caused it.
