Title:
[regression] iPXE kills kvm with KVM: entry failed, hardware error
  0x80000021

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in “linux” source package in Quantal:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
This is a regression - I was using iPXE last night just fine on the
  same hardware (an i7-860)

I've got a guest (xml attached) with no discs that I'm trying to
netboot, but as soon as iPXE starts I see:

  iPXE (PCI 00:03.0) starting execution...

and it stops - the libvirt log shows:

KVM: entry failed, hardware error 0x80000021

If you're running a guest on an Intel machine without unrestricted mode
support, the failure can be most likely due to the guest entering an invalid
state for Intel VT. For example, the guest maybe running in big real mode
which is not supported on less recent Intel processors.
