Title:
accessbility zoom + firefox downloads causes system crash

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I've experienced this pretty regularly in the last ~1 year of usage on
ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS with firefox 108.0.1 and the few versions behind
  it.

when actively using accessibility zoom, and downloading something off
of firefox, the system reliably crashes. sometimes the screen can
recover itself without a boot, but i've experienced crashes bad enough
(like today) that the system could not recover and needed a hard boot.

this is my first time reporting a bug here, so please let me know what
else is needed with exact/detailed steps included. thanks.
