  32e7c93c amdgpu: add GC11.0.2 firmware from amd-5.4
  20c8060e amdgpu: add DCN3.2.1 firmware from amd-5.4

  [Test case]

  Boot a machine with Navi33, check that the firmware is loaded and
  amdgpu.ko works properly.

  these are new files for new hw, so they can't regress older hw
