The 5.15.0-58-generic works just fine. For what it's worth, I had the similar issue with the kernel prior to 58. Additionally, grub-efi-amd64-bin, grub-efi-amd64-signed, ubuntu-advantage-tools, update-notifier-common, software-properties-common and software-properties-qt updates are held back.
