Sadly, no, it didn't help me. But, wasn't this issue addressed in grub2
some time ago?

Title:
kernel 5.15.0-60-generic out of memory on boot

Status in linux-signed package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Using kubuntu 22.04, and after a kernel update and after a reboot, the
machine just spits out the "out of memory" message. The 5.15.0-58-generic works
just fine.
For what it's worth, I had the similar issue with the kernel prior to 58.
Additionally, grub-efi-amd64-bin, grub-efi-amd64-signed,
ubuntu-advantage-tools, update-notifier-common, software-properties-common and
software-properties-qt updates are held back.
