I have tried kernel 5.15.0-68.75 in jammy on a Precision 5720 AIO and I
no longer see messages that it "Could not resolve symbol
[\_PR.CPU*._CPC]". In that sense, this fix partially addresses
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213023. However, acpi_cppc
support still appears to be absent as 'cppc' is not listed in
/proc/cpuinfo and /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/acpi_cppc/ is missing.
This remains a regression compared to the earlier kernel 5.4 and the
later 5.19.

Title:
Fix the ACPI _CPC not found error from kernel dmesg on some dynamic
  SSDT table loaded firmwares

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in linux source package in Jammy:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  [Impact]
Some machines which have dynamically loaded SSDT tables, will not be loaded
and get the CPPC not worked.

  [Fix]
Fix the regression by some load supports for CPPC from an SSDT dynamically
when _OSC reports CPPC v2. And make the "[\_SB.PR00._CPC], AE_NOT_FOUND" gone.

  [Test]
Verified all the OEM dynamic table loaded or the "[\_SB.PR00._CPC],
AE_NOT_FOUND" error exist or not on demesg .

  [Where problems could occur]
Low risk, It only helps to CPPC support loaded.
