Edit: In the 5.15.0-60-generic working kernel, I still have to unplug and plug the USB-C cable once after bootup to get the external monitor working. No hardware issue (No USB-C connector issue): I have another SSD with Windows 10 installation which works perfectly with this laptop and dock combination.
