Bug description:
The ADT tests need to be ported to python3 to allow removal of the
dependency on python2 which is being removed in 23.04, lunar.
Both the kernel-testing scripts and the autotest framework for running
the kernel's ADT test suite need to be ported to python3. This is
being done by forking both into a separate autotest3 branches
containing the python2 to python3 port.
