Title:
Smartpqi module build fails after upgrade to Lunar

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I'm using Microchip (Adaptec) SmartRAID 3101-4i controller since many
versions with ubuntu-server. This is using the smartpqi-dkms drivers
  from Adaptec.

After upgrade to Lunar (Kernel 6.2.0-20-generic) the modules fail to
build, causing boot issues and errors during package updates. See
  attached crash log as well.

Not sure if this should be addressed here or to the driver vendor.
