  mute button LED indicator non functional

Bug description:
  Kubuntu 23.04
  Latest kubuntu kernal 6.2
  Expected: keyboard mute button led turns on when pressed
  Instead: it does not light up

  Hp Laptop ef0xxx
  Audio card ACL236

  I have tried every kernel option possible in modprobe.d but to no
  avail.
