You both have unsupported DKMS modules installed that fail to build for
the 6.2 kernel which prevents the upgrade. Remove them and retry the
upgrade.
$ dkms remove evdi/5.2.14 -all
$ dkms remove amdgpu/5.18.13-1510348.22.04 --all
