[Impact]
Hyperv can emit copious numbers of error messages "Unable to send
packet via vmbus".
[Test Plan]
Microsoft tested, patches are upstream.
[Regression Potential]
Commit 19b5e6659eaf537ebeac90ae30c7df0296fe5ab9 ('drm/hyperv: Don't
overwrite dirt_needed value set by host') fixes a race condition that
could have unforeseen side effects.
