is a performance improvement fix for handling 9k frames on gvnic and
is being requested by GCP for the 5.19 kernel.
Testing:
- Boot tested with gvnic, tested basic networking functionality
Regression potential:
- Small regression potential - impact limited to the gvnic driver ("gve")
