RM superseded by generic
generic kernel now supports initrd-less boot on VIRTIO SCSI devices.
all other features were also ported to the generic kernel and/or livecd-rootfs.
please remove kvm kernel from mantic.
transitional packages will remain in linux-meta until after next lts release.
please remove above mentioned packages from mantic-proposed and mantic-
release.
