Title:
Black screen doesn't wake up in wayland with Nvidia
Status in nvidia-graphics-drivers-525 package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
In the wayland session, if the deviced gets the screen black for once,
it doesn't comeup. And I have bring it up either via pressing the
physical suspend button(which also sometimes doesn't work), or via
forcefully restarting it down.
The package I've reported the bug with is a randomly chosen nvidia
package. I don't know what's the real reason. But. before this I used
a custom kernel in Ubuntu 22.10, this issue happened very less
frequently there.
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa
I used the kernel from here.
