I thought 390 is so obsolete, that everyone has migrated to newer ones if their card supports it. Thus simply removing it, is best. Upon upgrade it will be offered to be removed from disk as an obsolete package. Eventually 6.5+ based jammy kernels will not have it in lrm either. And we will only keep it against older kernels in bionic..jammy (ga only), if we can and stable updates don't conflict.
