Bug description:
  Issue found with 6.2.0-26-generic on node grumman from Intel SDP
  cloud.

  Looks like this pinctrl_emmitsburg module does not match the
  requirement of test_095_kernel_symbols_missing_proc_modules test in
  ubuntu_qrt_kernel_security.

  Test failed with:
  $ sudo python3 ./test-kernel-security.py -v
