Bug description:
Using ubuntu 22.04 latest patches as at 27 June 2023, the USB 2 HD webcam
fails to be recognised properly by the driver resulting in Cheese only giving
lowest 160 x120 mono resolution.
The USB Camera is being recognised properly as a USB device with expected
features.
Rebooting to 5.15.0.73 removes the issue.
Same camera in Ubuntu 20.04.6 using same 5.15.0.75 kernel works fine.
