Bug description:
  After upgrading the HWE kernel from 6.2 to 6.5 the wifi interface is
  missing.

  Hardware: Framework Laptop
  $ lspci | grep Network
  aa:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wi-Fi 6 AX210/AX211/AX411 
160MHz (rev 1a)

  With 6.2:
  $ sudo ethtool -i wlp170s0
