Bug description:
After upgrading the HWE kernel from 6.2 to 6.5 the wifi interface is
missing.
Hardware: Framework Laptop
$ lspci | grep Network

160MHz (rev 1a)
With 6.2:
$ sudo ethtool -i wlp170s0
