Bug description:
[Impact]
linux-firmare is missing updates to amdgpu VCN 4.0.0 firmware for
Navi32 hardware.
Of the original list below, only VCN fw update is missing still.
[Test case]
Install the update
Validate brightness control works.
Validate that PSR works.
Validate that eDP works after suspend/resume.
Validate that external display works.
[Where problems could happen]
This is new hw, where the current fw isn't fresh enough. It can't
regress other hw.
