[Impact]
BCM57416 is lost after resume.

[Fix]
Clear the reservations in driver after reset the ethernet card.
[Test]
Tested on hardware, after 10 times of suspend/resume, bnxt ethernet works
fine.
[Where problems could occur]
It may break broadcom bnxt driver.
