Public bug reported: After updating to Kernel 6.8-40, I got error "usb 1-13.4.3 Device descriptor read error -110". This appeared for each of my 3 disks (so it seems) in the external HDD enclosure. Reverting to Kernel 6.5-45 allowed normal operations.
