Title:
  Compile IDPF module as built-in

Status in linux-gcp package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in linux-gcp source package in Oracular:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  [Impact]
noble:linux-gcp has the idpf driver built-in. This ended up not being
reflected in oracular:linux-gcp and internal testing expects CONFIG_IDPF=y.

  [Fix]
  Set CONFIG_IDPF=y.

  [Test]
  Check that idpf is built-in, e.g., grep idpf.ko /lib/modules/$(uname
-r)/modules.builtin

  [Where problems could occur]
Unlikely to have any issues apart from an increased kernel image size.
