  porblem with wifi (usb card)

Bug description:
  In this moment i have problem with use mi wi/fi network previus of
  update of 17 of july this was working ok , the problem i can see n the
  network in general , the navigation is very slow , and besides the
  problem persis with ethernet usb card (improve anythings) , the same
  computer with a debian function ok , i am thinking the problem may be
  usb , beacuase the mouse is working bad in ubuntu , thanks for your
  time
