AMD MP2 controller not correctly enabled on new processors and thus
the associated sensors.

6 upstream commits from v6.9-rc1.
[Test Case]
The MP2 shall ben enabled correctly with:
c4:00.7 MP2 I2C controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Device

No. This enables MP2 on new processor families with backward support.

While this is on v6.9-rc1 only, Noble and oem-6.8 will be nominated
for fix.

Extend MP2 register region to enable family 1AH based family on the
supported OEM platforms, needs to be backported into oem-6.8.
